1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to the MY ART website, digital content, and professional services. By using our site or engaging our team, you agree to these terms.

2. Professional Services

All architectural, engineering, visualization, and construction deliverables are provided under separate proposals or contracts that define the agreed scope, timelines, and fees.

Concept designs and renderings shared before contract signature remain the intellectual property of MY ART until full payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project information, site data, and required permits in a timely manner.

Review deliverables within the agreed review period and share consolidated feedback to avoid schedule delays.

Respect third-party licenses or usage rights associated with materials, textures, or 3D assets supplied by MY ART.

4. Payment & Invoicing

Invoices are issued according to the milestone schedule defined in the project agreement.

Late payments may incur interest charges and can result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

5. Liability

Visualizations, drawings, and BIM data are created based on the information provided by the client. MY ART is not responsible for construction deviations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete inputs.

We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability, though we strive to maintain secure and stable operations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Adana unless otherwise stated in the project contract.
